Happy Ingredients launches a range dedicated to acerola!

Acerola is one of the five fruits richest in vitamin C. Various trace elements such as phosphorus, iron, calcium, magnesium are also contained in acerola as well as antioxidants. Its taste and aroma are an asset for jellies, jams, infusions, snacks or even juices.

The range includes: 6% and 17% acerola as well as acerola granules. These products are available in organic and conventional.
